Take the win off the table.
When you sell in profit, Latch moves a slice of that sale into a commitment that stays locked until the date or condition you chose. Sell at a loss and it takes nothing.
Works with Phantom, Solflare and Backpack. You set the cut and a weekly limit.
How much of your wins did you keep?
Paste a Solana or Ethereum wallet and Latch reads its trades. You get your number, what you gave back to the market, and what you could have locked away. Scanning needs no signature.

What happens when you sell.
You set it up once. After that, Latch watches your wallet's sales and applies your rule.

You sell in profit
Trade the way you already do. When a sale into USDC lands in your wallet, Latch checks it against what you paid.
sale detected · in profit
Latch works out your slice
Your cut of the sale, never more than the profit. A losing sale is skipped.
It stays under your weekly limit
You sign the limit once, on-chain, through the Solana Foundation's Subscriptions program. Revoke it any time.
A sale that would go over the limit is skipped. Nothing queues up for later.
Locked until your date or condition
The slice goes into your commitment. Only your wallet can take it out, on the terms you chose.

You decide what unlocks it.
Locked until a date
No early exit. Pick the day and the money waits for it.
Opens on a schedule
A free 7-day window every 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Releasing it outside the window costs 2%.
Opens when Bitcoin drops
Opens if Bitcoin falls 40, 50 or 60% (you choose) below its high since the commitment opened and stays down, or on your final date.
Who can move the money?
Only you can take it out
Nothing in the program lets Latch or anyone else take money out of a commitment.
A limit you sign on-chain
Pulls go through the Solana Foundation's Subscriptions program, capped by your weekly limit, revocable any time. Latch's worker can pull up to that limit, and the USDC passes through it inside one transaction.
Nothing from a losing sale
Latch only takes from sales it can show were in profit. A sale whose profit can't be confirmed is skipped too.
Early access is test money
The vault program runs on devnet and hasn't been audited yet. We can still upgrade the program; that moves to a multisig or is revoked after an audit.

Can Latch take my money?
Latch can pull up to the weekly limit you signed, for your scheduled contributions and for skims on sales in profit. Nothing in the program lets Latch take money out of a commitment. Revoke the limit any time.
What happens when I sell at a loss?
Nothing. Latch checks each sale into USDC against what you paid, and a sale that isn't in profit is skipped.
What if my weekly limit is used up?
That skim is skipped, not queued. Nothing waits in line, and nothing is taken later to make up for it.
What if I need the money early?
It depends on the condition you chose. A Date commitment stays locked until its date. A Window commitment opens free during its 7-day window, or outside it for a 2% fee. A Crash commitment opens when its condition is met, or on its final date.
Does it work with my trading bot?
Today Latch works with wallets you sign from, like Phantom, Solflare and Backpack. If you've imported your bot wallet into one of them, it works with that wallet. Sales into USDC work today; sales into SOL are coming.
What does it cost?
Early access is free and runs on test money. When Latch is live there's a small fee on each swap Latch makes for you; the rate is set before launch.
